How to actually talk to AI, the difference between typing one word and giving real context (your role, goal, examples, the format you want), prompting step by step, giving the AI a "role," and checking its answers so you catch wrong info ("hallucinations") before you use it. You build a personal prompt library from day one. Then writing & communication: the best tools for emails, reports, summaries, proposals; translation (incl. Somali ↔ English); and rewriting, polishing, and matching tone, all as reusable prompts.
